About the Bureau
Nothing is more permanent than a government program created temporarily. The Bureau specializes in short-term solutions designed to remain in place only as long as necessary, with “necessary” reviewed and renewed at appropriate intervals. Because circumstances change, needs evolve, and sometimes the most responsible way to end a temporary program is to continue it indefinitely.
